Welcome to The Kaleidoscope Collective. By booking a counselling session or attending a yoga or meditation class, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our holistic counselling services, yoga and meditation classes provided in Australia.
1.2 By making a booking or attending a session/class, you agree to these terms.
1.3 We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notification to clients.
2. Appointments and Bookings
2.1 Securing Appointments: All counselling appointments and yoga class bookings must be secured with a valid credit card at the time of booking.
2.2 Booking Confirmation: You will receive confirmation of your booking via email or SMS.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Counselling Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the session fee.
3.2 Yoga Classes: Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 6 hours' notice. Failure to provide 6 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the class fee.
3.3 How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made via our booking system. If you are within the 24 hour cancellation window, please email us to see if we can reach a resolution.
Timely communication is your responsibility.
4. Fees and Payments
4.1 All fees are payable at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Payments can be made via credit card, or direct debit.
4.3 A valid credit card must be on file for appointment bookings and any applicable cancellation fees.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 No refunds will be provided for missed appointments or late cancellations.
5.2 Refunds may be considered at our discretion for extraordinary circumstances, provided appropriate evidence is supplied. Please email us to discuss your situation and we will see if we can come to a resolution.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
6.1 Counselling Services: All counselling sessions are confidential in accordance with Australian privacy laws and ethical standards.
Exceptions apply only where required by law, such as in cases of imminent risk of harm or mandatory reporting obligations.
6.2 Yoga and Meditation Classes: Any personal information collected for yoga class bookings will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of delivering our services.
7. Fitness and Health Disclaimer
7.1 Yoga Classes: By participating, you acknowledge that yoga involves physical activity and may pose a risk of injury. You are responsible for consulting a medical professional if you have any health concerns before attending classes. Please inform the instructor of any pre-existing conditions or injuries prior to the class.
7.2 Meditation Classes: Mediation involves physical and emotional exercises. Participants undertake classes at their own risk. The Kaleidoscope Collective is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or other issues that occur during or as a result of the class, except where caused by proven negligence.
8. Code of Conduct
8.1 We aim to provide a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.
8.2 Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises or cancellation of services without refund.
9. Intellectual Property.
9.1 All materials provided during the class are the intellectual property of The Kaleidoscope Collective and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
10. Liability
