Our introduction to Kundalini Course is designed for people who have an interest in Kundalini and are keen to explore this yogic technology. We will practice kriyas, breathwork, meditation and mantra, which are the key components of Kundalini. Over the eight weeks you will learn how to apply Kundalini tools to support your everyday life, as Kundalini yoga can assist with your nervous system regulation, stress management, and overall wellbeing.
