  • Abhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic full-body oil massage designed to calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and support deep relaxation. Using warm herbal oils tailored to your individual needs, long flowing strokes and gentle rhythmic movements help nourish the skin, ease muscular tension, and encourage the release of physical and emotional stress.

This grounding treatment is known to support better sleep, reduce feelings of overwhelm, and promote a greater sense of balance and wellbeing. Abhyanga is more than a massage — it is a restorative ritual that invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel deeply cared for.

Perfect for anyone feeling stressed, fatigued, depleted, or simply in need of nurturing support.

  • Basti is a deeply nourishing Ayurvedic therapy that involves creating a small reservoir on a specific area of the body—such as the lower back, neck, heart, or abdomen—and filling it with warm medicated oil. The oil is held in place for a period of time, allowing heat and herbal properties to penetrate deeply into the tissues.

This treatment is traditionally used to:

    • relieve stiffness, tension, and pain

    • calm inflammation and soothe the nervous system

    • improve circulation and joint mobility

    • support healing in areas of chronic discomfort

    Common areas for basti include:

    •  lower back support

    • neck and shoulders

    • chest and heart centre

    • abdominal and digestive support

Basti is often deeply grounding and restorative, making it especially helpful for stress, fatigue, muscular tightness, and imbalances related to excess dryness or tension.

  • A poultice is a therapeutic treatment in which warm herbal pastes, oils, or medicinal plant preparations are applied to the body to help relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and support the body’s natural healing process.

In Ayurvedic bodywork, poultices are often made with herbs, spices, or healing oils wrapped in cloth and gently pressed or massaged over areas of tension or discomfort. The warmth helps increase circulation, soften tight muscles, ease stiffness, and encourage the release of built-up stress.

    Benefits may include:

    •  soothing sore or tired muscles

    • reducing swelling and inflammation

    • easing joint stiffness

    • supporting detoxification through the skin

    • promoting relaxation and grounding

Poultice treatments are especially beneficial for muscular tension, chronic aches, stress-related tightness, and restoring a sense of ease in the body.
