  • We offer in-person counselling at our Canberra office, as well as telehealth if that is more convenient for you. We also offer group and private classes for Kundalini Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and meditation.

  • You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in that allows you to move freely. Covering your head is entirely optional and a personal choice. Some people find that it helps with focus during meditation.

  • Kundalini has a specific structure and the Kriyas are designed with specific outcomes in mind (emotional balance, energy cultivation, subtle body amongst many others). Some of the asanas (postures) will be familiar to practitioners of other styles of yoga but some are unique to Kundalini.
