SMALL GROUP YOGA CLASSES

Join a nurturing small group yoga class where connection and personal attention are at the heart of the practice. With a maximum of five students in our small home studio, each session blends mindful movement and relaxation techniques, allowing you to build strength, release tension, and restore balance. Whether you're new to yoga or advanced in your practice, you'll be welcomed exactly as you are. Private sessions are also available.
