  • Counselling

    Claire sees couples for a range of reasons. You might want to work on communication and respectful relationships, navigating life changes, blended families, co-parenting, just to name a few. I also have extensive experience helping trauma survivors.

    Claire offers both individual and couples counselling. For couples, the initial session is with both partners, followed by an individual session with each partner and then future sessions together.

  • Kundalini Yoga

    Kundalini Yoga is a holistic yoga practice combining movement (kriyas), breathwork (pranayama), mantra, meditation, and relaxation to strengthen the nervous system, balance the glands, and increase self-awareness. Rather than focusing on physical postures alone, Kundalini Yoga aims to cultivate mental clarity, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection to intuition and consciousness.

    Often called the “Yoga of Awareness,” it is designed to support transformation and conscious living in everyday life.

  • Abhyanga Massage

    Abhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic full-body oil massage designed to calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and support deep relaxation. Using warm herbal oils tailored to your individual needs, long flowing strokes and gentle rhythmic movements help nourish the skin, ease muscular tension, and encourage the release of physical and emotional stress.
